Maintenance Contracts

Blaze now offers a fantastic solution to your IT budget needs. We have 3 great maintenance plans, that offer:

  • Priority support. We will attend to your problem within 4 hours of your call being logged.
  • A lower hourly rate over casual 'per use' clients.
  • Special discounts, advance notification and other incentives on hardware, software and services.
  • We can organise scheduled callouts for plan members to ensure your system is running at its optimum performance level (including regular updates of your virus software and checking back up systems).
  • Free access to our upcoming online support knowledgebase.
  • Support covers hardware, software and your accounting system. You can also use prepaid hours for report writing, consulting or programming if needed.
  • Unused time will be rolled forward to the next month (for up to 3 months).
  • Each plan is designed to ensure you save money, and because you don't lose your unused hours, you can save thousands of dollars each year!!

All plans are to be paid in advance prior to the start of the month to be valid. Plans can also be paid one year in advance for a 5% discount.
